漢字の力を、暮らしのそばに。

新しく、海外向けのオンラインショップを始めました。
これまで私は、たくさんの方からいただいた大切な言葉を、筆と墨で書いてきました。
その文字を飾ってくださったり、毎日目にする場所に置いてくださったり。
『書いたものを、その人の暮らしのそばに置いてもらえる』
そのことを、とても嬉しく感じながら制作してきました。

私は、ただ美しい文字を書くのではなく、
「楽」なら、踊り出しそうに楽しく。
「力」なら、飛び出してくるように力強く。
「進」なら、前へ突き進むように。

その言葉が持つ意味やエネルギーを、筆の動きや形にも込めて書いています。

どんな言葉にも、その言葉だけが持つ力がある。
その力を、毎日の暮らしの中で感じてもらえたら。
そんな思いから、今回、Japanese Kanji Calligraphyとして、デジタルプリント作品を海外向けに販売することにしました。

海外の方に筆文字を届けることは長年温めていた夢でした。
日本語がわからない方にも、漢字の美しさや、そこに込められた意味を気軽に楽しんでもらえたら嬉しいです。
まずは「楽」「愛」「夢」「陽」「進」など、10作品からスタートします。
今後は四字熟語や文章など、バラエティを増やしていく予定です。

海外の方はもちろん、日本の方にも「こんな楽しみ方があるんだ」と知っていただけたら嬉しいです。

Bringing the Power of Kanji into Everyday Life

I’ve recently opened a new online shop for customers around the world.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of putting many people’s meaningful words into brush and ink.
Knowing that my calligraphy would be displayed in someone’s home, or kept close to them as part of their everyday life, has always brought me great joy.

I don’t simply write beautiful characters.
If the word is “Joy,” I let the character dance with happiness.
If it is “Strength,” I make it feel as though the character could leap off the page.
If it is “Progress,” I give it a sense of moving boldly forward.
I express the meaning and energy of each word through the movement and form of my brushstrokes.
Every word carries its own unique power.
I hope you can feel that power in your everyday life.

With this in mind, I have started offering my original Japanese calligraphy as digital printable artwork for people around the world.

Sharing my calligraphy with people overseas has been a dream I have cherished for many years.
I hope that even those who cannot read Japanese can enjoy the beauty of kanji and discover the meaning and feeling behind each character.
I’m starting with 10 artworks, including 「楽」(Joy), 「愛」(Love), 「夢」(Dream), 「陽」(Light & Warmth), and 「進」(Progress).

I plan to expand the collection with two- and four-character expressions, as well as longer phrases, in the future.
Of course, I would also be delighted if people in Japan discovered a new way to enjoy Japanese calligraphy through this shop.
